Cathedral

A tunnel of old trees arching overhead until the path becomes a nave and the light comes down like it does through stained glass. I’ve never felt more like I was somewhere sacred than under canopies like this. Cathedral is about the churches we find outdoors — no walls, no doors, just colour and quiet and the long aisle of the trail.
